Hey so 2 weeks in and I personally feel that I've gotten a bit stronger xD. Yesterday I was working on my chest doing 3x8 26kg Dumbbell presses flat and 3x8 26kg decline which is a PB for me ^^ and also 3x8 incline 22kg dumbbell presses :).
After weighing myself yesterday, I'm at 73.5kg which means I lost just under 2kg~ not bad not bad!
I've got to admit, I haven't had much time for the gym during week 2 and I'm also going home for 2 days which means a mix of no gym but I get home cooked food :D I'll try not to stuff myself when I go home xD
