Fooooood!

For breakfast I would normally choose from oatmeal / cereal / 2 slices of toast. Oatmeal will probably be the  best option because it keeps me fuller for much longer therefore I won't be hungry during my lectures in the morning.
   
Here is what I normally buy (the veg are in the freezer!!)

Chicken Breasts MMMM

Lunch - Toast, fried egg + Ham



Another Lunch meal / Pre workout meal. Pasta + Sardines and Chicken Pasta bolognese.

Dinner - Brocollis, egg whites, 1 x whole chicken breast  + onions
