Week 3 [19/02/12 - 26/02/12] Progress

Hey guys so its been 3 weeks already and I feel that I've made some progress xD. Here are some things to note:
  • Early on this week I've been going to the gym in the morning at 7:30am (effort!) with my flat mate and I've been doing 1 hour of cardio + some ab workout and then during the afternoon I would go again to do weights. I felt that this has been quite beneficial to me since I'm going twice a day and having that feeling of waking up in the morning and not at 1pm feels great :D
  • I need to start looking into more different kind of ab workouts because at the moment I'm only restricted to like 4 different exercises 
  • This weekend I went to visit my sister so I took a break and treated myself to some 'cheat meals' and had a few bevvys xD (pics are up!)
  • Strangely enough I missed going to the gym over the weekend lol, so tomorrow morning I'm going to smash my back day! :D 
  • I'm starting to get leaner now I think from looking at the pictures (week 1 to week 3) so just need to keep this up until June! But it has been quite difficult with the carb cutting and in the next few weeks I'll be going to visit my cousin over the weekend and then go home for the Easter holiday which means home cooked food + no gym for 2 weeks :(
