Week 4 [26/02/12 - 4/03/12] Progress

One month gone already!! Wahhhh this month has flown by!!! Soooo what can I say... Guess I gotta keep at it for another 3 months?!?! =.= gonna be so hard sticking to a strict-ish diet (same old chicken breasts and veg for evening meal)

I feel better physically than I did one month ago, so I'm guessing it's going well. I might begin to chop and change my gym routine just so that it doesn't become repetitive and boring therefore it'll make me want to continue going to the gym.

I'm quite happy with how my progression has gone so far... I guess I'll have to be realistic and not think "wohhh why don't I have a six pack yet?!?" besides it's only been one month and I'm not a Hollywood star.


Tayler Lautner for example, can probably get a six pack in 1 month with a professional sport instructor helping him out and a proper dietitian who will cook or advice him with all the important nutrition he needs. I'm only a student don't forget haha!!

My goals for next month is to keep at it, and hopefully keep staying lean and drop some body fat %. The longer this goes on the more I want a six pack because I've never in my life seen my abs before... fat has always covered them! >.<

Anyway pictures has been uploaded and I've got nothing else to say...
